葉怡玲老師 我們的研究專注於調控癌症和自身免疫疾病中免疫反應的分子機制。憑藉系上豐富的天然化合物資源,我們篩選了許多具有抗炎和抗癌潛力的成分,以探索其健康用途。此外,我們也評估這些天然化合物的副作用和風險,以確認其在臨床免疫治療中的適用性。 我們的實驗室隸屬於國立虎尾科技大學的精準健康與樂活創新中心 (CPHLI, NFU)。我們的使命是開發一個免疫細胞分析與品質診斷平台,尤其是目前 CPHLI 正與雲嘉附近醫學院及附設醫院共同合作。 主要研究項目包括:
與生科系實驗室及業界合作,探討天然化合物資源於免疫調控之功效及臨床使用風險評估。
與虎科大跨院跨系所實驗室合作,開發具POCT及綠色環保概念之微型臨床檢測系統。
藉由與醫院合作,共同進行各項疾病發病過程之免疫功能偵測,以達到個人化精準醫療的目的。
Yi-Ling Ye Professor Our research focuses on the molecular mechanisms regulating immune responses in cancer and autoimmune diseases. With access to a rich diversity of natural compounds sourced within our department, we screen numerous anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer agents for potential health benefits. Additionally, we assess the side effects and risks associated with these natural compounds to evaluate their suitability for clinical immunotherapy. Our lab is part of the Precision Health and LOHAS Innovation Center (CPHLI) at National Formosa University (NFU). Our mission is to develop a platform dedicated to immune cell manufacturing and diagnostic applications. Currently, CPHLI is collaborating with hospitals in the vicinity of our university. Research Projects Include: 1. Evaluation of Immune Functions of Natural Compounds In collaboration with laboratories in the Department of Life Sciences and industry partners, we investigate the immune regulatory effects of natural compounds and assess their risks for clinical use. 2. Development of Miniature Biomedical Testing Devices Partnering with interdisciplinary labs across various departments at National Formosa University, we are developing a miniature clinical testing system that incorporates POCT (Point of Care Testing) and eco-friendly design principles. 3. Investigation of Immune Mechanisms in Diseases and Development of Clinical Detection Methods and Devices Through collaborations with hospitals, we conduct immune function monitoring throughout disease progression to support the goals of personalized precision medicine. |
